Delicious Warmth Connects Hearts, Logistics Links Thousands of Families — Trade Union Exchange & Co-construction Event Between Jiahe Food and SF Express Suzhou Successfully Concluded

To deepen cross-industry collaboration, establish a platform for resource sharing and complementary strengths, and explore new pathways for industrial integration of food and logistics, Jiahe Food held a trade union co-construction exchange event at SF Express Suzhou on March 11. Zhou Yuejun, Chairman of Jiahe Trade Union, attended the event with the business team and trade union representatives. Ms. Zhao Huijie, head of the SF Express Suzhou Trade Union, and her core business team extended a warm welcome to our delegation.

At the beginning of the event, representatives from both sides elaborated on the background, original intention and core objectives of this trade union co-construction activity, and gave detailed introductions to the job responsibilities and professional fields of all attendees, laying a solid foundation for subsequent in-depth cooperation. Afterwards, both sides watched corporate promotional videos together and held in-depth discussions on core topics including business sales, brand promotion, warehousing and logistics.

During the meeting, our team introduced the core demands of product sales and market expansion based on the company’s business layout, and highlighted key requirements for product transportation in terms of temperature control, timeliness and safety. In response to the logistics characteristics of the food industry, the SF Express Suzhou team shared customized logistics solutions, transportation guarantee systems and experience in brand cooperation. Through candid communication, both sides reached preliminary consensus on resolving cooperation pain points and expanding collaboration scope by leveraging respective strengths. During the exchange, the two parties held a signing ceremony for co-construction to further strengthen the integrated development of the food and logistics industry. In the future, relying on the trade union as a bond, both sides will enhance communication, promote resource sharing and complementary advantages, and jointly explore new models of industrial linkage.

Towards the end of the event, our team toured SF Express’s office premises on site. We gained detailed insights into its office procedures, service system, operation and management model, as well as trade union measures for employee welfare. The visit offered a direct impression of SF’s efficient, rigorous work style and humanized management philosophy, providing practical reference for future trade union exchanges and business cooperation between the two parties.
