Oat milk is a plant-based milk produced from oats as the main raw material through biological enzymatic hydrolysis. It retains the effective ingredients of oats, such as protein, oat kernel oil (containing unsaturated fatty acids) and water-soluble dietary fiber (e.g. β‑glucan). It has a similar appearance and taste to dairy products, yet contains no milk at all.
