During the Boao Forum for Healthy Food Science and Exhibition (FHE 2025) on February 18, China’s first whole-grain oat milk was officially launched at Jiahe Food’s exhibition hall. Keenly responding to this industrial trend, Jiahe Food has jointly developed the whole-grain oat milk with the Academy of National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. As an industrialized achievement of the national key R&D program of the 14th Five-Year Plan — Development of Nutritious Whole-Grain Healthy Foods (2022YFF1100500), the whole-grain oat milk received universal praise from experts at the concurrent scientific achievement evaluation conference. The product has overcome long-standing technical bottlenecks in whole-grain beverage processing and significantly enhanced nutritional functionality.
